This discussion started due to a casual talking session we had with some of our members. People present at that time consists of under-grads, uni grads, poly students, graduated poly students, JC and Secondary school people. Initially we were talking about the life of National Service, which is where a number of us picked up some of out TRG skills and knowledge; from there it went on into education. Cause, like it or not, how high an education you obtained before you enlist has a direct bearing ...

Some Where In Ang Mo Kio

A large lush jungle setting for a Battle Ground, with unique starting points that are spaced sufficiently apart that stealth and fieldcraft can come into play.

Rolling hills and shady trees hide the possibility of an AMBUSH! It will be TOUGH going up those hills without suffering hits!

Those shades will really make spotting a sniper hard.

A long staircase that make going up those hills easier. But sticking to the stairs is a sure fire way to earn some ...

A New Game Mode!

Coming 31st May, I will be introducing a new Game Mode called Hide and Hide.

Basically, when the game is on, during the first minute, team A will be hunting team B. During this time, only team A will be able to tag team B; if team B return fire, it will only serve to increase the lives of team A. At the second minute, the reverse will be true.

So this will be a game that make sure that we keep running, be it towards or away from the other team.

Hope To See You On the Battle ...

Tactical Real-Life Gaming (TRG) is a social enterprise that was formed with the aim of promoting and bringing the sport of Lazer Tag to the Singapore community, as we believe Lazer Tag is one of the most viable avenue by which people from different backgrounds, experiences and ages can come together to enjoy.

Most of us tend to be avid gamers so our games have a unique flavour. Currently we are in charged of and operate out of a site situated along Hougang St 21.

We promote a game like ...

Aiming, the Next Important thing after Posture

So here it is, some short pointers on achieving correct aiming, or what we call, a correct Sight Picture.

The first step in achieving a correct Sight Picture is to understand the aiming technique; which is to align the Rear Sight and Front Sight with the target. Looking thru the ...

Communication - How to be Short, Sharp and CLEAR

While TRG do not advocate pure hardcore military stuff in playing, there is a need to understand that in some areas, what the military does is definitely much better than any civilians (this is the view from an ex-regular, so pls take this with a BIG pinch of salt ), take for example, you throw two army guys together and their phone call might be total gibberish to any non-army personnel (read: girlfriends), however, this 2 often can and will bring their points across in a short and clear manner. ...
